The OIR is running a series of in-person workshops across Tasmania on the Reportable Conduct Scheme in October. We are offering two types of workshops: Foundational Workshops and Advanced Workshops.
Who are these workshops for?
These workshops are for workers and leaders of organisations which are required to comply with the Reportable Conduct Scheme.
How do I know which workshop to register for?
The Foundational Workshop is for you if:
- you are new to the Reportable Conduct Scheme
- you would like a refresher on the foundations of the Reportable Conduct Scheme
- you want to build confidence in identifying reportable conduct and understanding your obligations.
The Advanced Workshop is for you if:
- you understand the Reportable Conduct Scheme and the different reportable conduct types
- you have been directly involved in managing or supporting reportable conduct investigations
- you are seeking strategies to improve organisational systems and practices for handling reportable conduct matters.
